@DReinertsen @joshuajames Project Prioritization done right in a world where everything is urgent in only 10 slides

If you ask your clients to prioritize their requirements based on urgency, they’ll tell you everything is urgent. None of them will want their requirements to be the last ones in your queue. You want to start first with the project that will mean most economical value (increase income or reducing costs) in the least amount of time (urgency), and at the same time, the project that will take your team the least amount of time to finish (duration).

How do you prioritize requirements so that your clients, your boss or the president of the company can’t refute the order of attention you defined?
