@joshuajames “Better Decision Making with Cost of Delay” presentation, translated to spanish

Do you work in a company where everything is considered urgent? Where everything is considered to be needed for yesterday? Have you ever had the feeling that you frequently end up doing stuff everybody is really interested in at the beginning but not many people care about it anymore when it’s done? Why is this?

This is a small intro to what is know as “Cost of Delay”. First time I heard about this term was in the famous book from Don Reinertsen “The Principles of Product Development Flow”, where it said “If you only quantify one thing, quantify Cost of Delay”, that got me really intrigued. Then I did a little research about the subject, which lead me to a youtube video of a presentation from Joshua James, which I’m basing the next presentation on (slides are in spanish).
